Unless posted otherwise, the Trustees of the Tuftonboro Free Library meet on the second Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in either the New Hampshire Room or the Main Program Room at the library. All Trustees’ meetings are open to the public; please use the back Meeting Room entrance. Submit any item(s) for the agenda to info@tuftonborolibrary.org at least one week before the scheduled meeting.
Draft meeting minutes are available in print at the circulation desk 5 work days after a meeting. Corrected meeting minutes are posted online once approved at the next meeting. Hard copies of the past two years’ agendas, meeting minutes, treasurer’s reports, and monthly statistics are available for public referral at the circulation desk. Older records are archived, but accessible upon request to the librarian.
